Smoked Meat options include: Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken, Sliced Pork Loin,
Brisket, Turkey, Burnt Ends, Ribs, plus additional items may be available upon request.
10 Person Minimum. A 15% gratuity will be added for groups of 50 or more.

Option One

Choice of 1 Smoked meat*w/bun, 1 side, cornbread & sauce.

Option Two

Choice of 2 Smoked meats*w/bun, 2 sides, cornbread & sauce

Upgrade Options with a Side or Meat

Mac and Cheese : +$1 per person

Brisket: + $1 per person

Burnt Ends: + $3 per person.

Meats: Pork, Brisket, Burnt Ends, Chicken, Wings, Rib Tips (*Other Meats available upon request)


Sides: Potato Salad, Pit Beans, Mac and Cheese, Cole Slaw, Smoked Jalapeno Corn


SAUCES & BREADS:

Sauces: Classic, Carolina Mustard, Root Beer, Spicy, Honey Bourbon, Blackberry Habanero


Breads : Potato Buns, Honey Butter Glazed Cornbread (Full and Half Pan options)

**Catering includes on-site service (10 person minimum).  For bulk pickup orders without service, see our  "Large Pickup-Order Options" for convenient bulk orders.   Gratuity Notice: A 15% Gratuity applies to catered events with 50+ Guests.**
